    NPD Project Manager

    Greater London – Hybrid

    £50,000 - £57,000 + Car Allowance + Package

    The Advocate is partnered with a growing leader within the drinks industry seeking a seasoned and ambitious NPD Project Manager to lead groundbreaking initiatives. This is an unparalleled opportunity to collaborate with a global powerhouse and play a pivotal role in driving new product development success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Commercialisation process enablement, cross-functional integration, risk mitigation, project portfolio consolidation.
    • Responsible for project delivery, process, governance, and reporting.
    • Collaborate with Commercialization Controller on Innovation projects for growth in the UK market.
    • Manage Brand-led projects, Retailer Own Label initiatives, and supports supply chain and procurement projects.
    • Cross-functional collaboration across UK&I sites and global colleagues/suppliers.
    • Ensure project compliance through commercialization and the stage/gate process.
    • Manage input from all functions for effective decision-making during commercialization meetings.
    • Accountable for on-time, in-full delivery of projects from Gate 2 to 5 and post-launch review.
    • Focus on process enablement, driving innovation projects, and owning timelines.
    • Supervises and reports progress, issues, risks, and compliance to plan in a timely manner.
    • Your Profile:
    • Proven Project Management experience within an NPD/Commercialisation setting within the FMCG industry.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, with strong prioritisation and time management skills.
    • Sense of urgency, ability to multitask, attention to detail but also ability to see the bigger picture.
    • Commercial acumen
    • Ability to communicate and articulate efficiently with strong influencing skills
    • Formal project management qualification
