    JOB TITLE - Marketing and Admissions Officer

    LOCATION - Heath House Preparatory School, Blackheath, London

    TYPE OF ROLE - Fixed Term Contract / Duration: 6 months. Minimum 3 days a week.

    JOB PURPOSE

    The personal is responsible to manage school's marketing and admissions activities working closely with the Head and the Bursar of the school. The compensation is incentive-linked.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Functional

    • Create and publish engaging content for various social media platforms. Generate creative and compelling content aligned with school's premium positioning.
    • Analyze and report on social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Manage social media calendars and maintain consistency in brand messaging.
    • Build network of education counsellors to raise awareness and profile of school.
    • Assist in the development and execution of admissions campaigns and initiatives.
    • Coordinate admissions-related events, such as open houses, tours, and information sessions.
    • Play a key role in promoting the school and attracting new pupils, providing an approachable and welcoming response to queries, and ensuring enquirers and applicants receive a positive first impression of the school

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Minimum Qualifications & Experience

    • Substantial administrative experience in a complex, busy, service-driven environment.
    • Experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
    • Experience in the delivery of student recruitment and admissions processes.
