The Media Developer is responsible to the Media Lead for the development of courseware. Working to produce DSAT compliant documentation for military training within a standardised design process.Media Developers to support training development of our Customer's training materials.
The ideal candidate has a background in media design for digital learning and is comfortable working within a standardised development environment, thinks creatively, is confident, excels in a collaborative team atmosphere, and is detail oriented.
Experience in creating and developing graphic design and media content with Adobe Creative Cloud suite of design tools, Unity or Articulate 360.
Ability to comprehend/interpret technical and non-technical information and apply it to visual media and animationsAbility to multi-task and work on multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment
Using MS Office (Word & PowerPoint)
3D modelling software Blender/3DS Max or equivalent
~ Creation of animation sequences exploiting effective asset management and workflow. Visualising and planning of media along a timeline.
~ A qualification in Digital Media, Graphic Design or a related field at the minimum grade of QCF Level 4 or equivalent.
