    About the role and team
    This is an exciting opportunity to work in a personable, vibrant and innovative team of corporate lawyers. The Corporate Team handles a wide range of work including mergers, acquisition, MBOs, employee ownership trusts and general corporate matters across our specialist sectors. Working as part of a friendly team providing assistance on all aspects of corporate transactional and reorganisation work. You will be supported by friendly and approachable Partners and senior lawyers who will actively encourage and help your career development.

    About the candidate The ideal candidate will have yrs PQE , and relevant experience to assist the team in delivering a broad range of advice relating to varied corporate related matters across our sectors, including for health and social care, housing, local government, social business and charity clients.
