The Role:

Major Duties:

Evaluates financial statements and other customer information to approve or decline moderately complex, higher-limit asset finance proposals according to guidelines, policies, and procedures established by the Company.

Markets and promotes the use of sales finance products / systems / tools and coach dealers/ merchants on new marketing and/or product programs.

May review and authorise additional transactions against the customer's current credit limit in order to maintain and improve the overall performance of the portfolio.

Develops and maintains business relationships with dealers/merchants, Area Sales Managers, and others specific to the position through video calls and sometimes face to face meetings.

Assists with solving problems, answering questions, and coaching dealers/merchants with completing financial documentation and may occasionally help with collections. Assists with training, coaching, and mentoring other Dealer Relationship Officers and internal staff. Be actively involved in process improvement and works collaboratively on international projects.

Education:

Degree in a Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)

or

Degree in an Accounting/Finance discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)

Work Experience:

Credit underwriting or related experience years). Experience working in customer service or related customer-oriented environments years).
