    Description
    Our busy Manufacturing client in the Newry area require a Production Administrator to join their growing team.

    Reporting to the Head Of Commercial you will build key relationships with the Sales Team, Engineering Team & the Production Manager to effectively schedule & manage Production Administration.


    Your duties will include:
    Control and update schedule, on a continual basis, ensuring data integrity and optimal accuracy. In conjunction with Production Management, schedule production to both maximise production efficiency and meet customers requirements. Confirm production completion date to sales, on a timely basis & within agreed time frame.

    Raise works orders for finished product and run MRP process to generate work to lists/parts works orders and distribute all accordingly.

    Create new hitch & bucket BOMs on ERP system, from information supplied by Engineers for production and pricing purposes. Check and approve new hitch & bucket BOMs for production. Plan full loads/containers for despatch. Phone support for incoming sales and warranty enquiry overflow. Assist with any queries from other Departments.

    Strong attention to detail Highly accurate and numerically minded Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines An interest in learning new skills Computer literate - Microsoft Office, Excel (incl. formulae), Word and Outlook Strong communication skills Skills: Manufacturing Production support
