About The Role:

Cala Homes Chiltern Ltd are looking for a Technical Coordinator to be part of the team.

Reporting directly to a Senior Technical Manager within the Technical Department, you will be working closely with all disciplines across the business to ensure that new developments are designed accurately and value-engineered appropriately to ensure our sites are built out efficiently and cost effectively.

Further to this, you will assist in managing appointed consultants (incl. architectural & engineering, highways and sustainability/energy consultants) to prepare working drawings/specifications etc.

to an agreed programme, discharge NHBC Building Control conditions, attend project team meetings, design team meetings and other meetings as required.

Experience in managing the flow of detailed and accurate design information to our internal customers, on time and to a set budget is pre-requisite of this role.
