- Extensive experience in Multiple Trades and qualified in a minimum of 3 core trades.
- NVQ/BTEC or equivalent in a trade maintenance qualification
- Prior experience and demonstrable skills in all aspects of managing employees directly and sub-contractors preferably in the Social Housing Sector.

Description
Due to the expansion of our direct labour operations, we are looking for a Disrepair and Major Works Technician to carry out internal repairs to the highest standard as instructed by the Planned Works Contract Manager. This role covers the internal works including Carpentry/plumbing/tiling/plastering/decorating.
These works will include all Disrepair Works and/or insurance major works such as subsidence, fire, flood, and vehicle impact repairs in line with Paradigms standards and within set KPIs. You will also assist in monitoring contractor works undertaking joint visits with the Insurance Loss Adjuster and structural Engineers as required and assisting in producing a schedule of works for tender. To work in void properties or undertake other routine/reactive works as required.
