    Junior Sous Chef, Hotel du Vin Glasgow

    One Devonshire Gardens is set in a tree lined Victorian terrace in the fashionable West End of Glasgow. It is a step apart from the usual Hotel Du Vin standards and has an enviable reputation for service and style.

    You will be an experienced chef having worked in kitchens cooking to a 2 AA Rosette standard and you will be looking for the next step in your career.

    One Devonshire Gardens is a 5 star hotel with a 3 AA Rosette restaurant. Chefs from this kitchen have progressed in their careers to work in Michelin starred establishments. We offer a seasonally changing A la Carte menu reflecting the best that the local area offers, a 7 course Tasting Menu and an elegant Afternoon Tea all of which ensures your development across all areas of the kitchen.
