    Experience in delivering large & medium sized projects or programs involving enterprise applications, CX / CRM programs
    Strong experience in Agile way of working​ and Salesforce skills
    Should be well versed with Salesforce Transition Projects and discussion the Clients
    Domain Specialization in front office or enterprise apps in Telecom, BFSI, Automotive is an added advantage
    Experience in preparing management reports, weekly and monthly status reports and presenting to customer
    Experience in work planning, estimating/budgeting, productivity measurement and management, resource planning, risk assessment, expectation management, scope and issue management
    Ability to work with different levels of management throughout an organization, excellent customer focus
    Planning, delivery, client interaction, trouble shooting, managing project operational parameters and people management
    Design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
    Drive Independently complex functional issues as needed, especially related to determining when customer requirements require a custom solution and configuration and validation of new features
    Good understanding of Project Financials and key levers that influence profitability
    Conducting project reviews and creating detailed status reports & Managing day to day project progress
    Well versed in project financials and Project Management
    Agile (Scrum)
