    Salesforce Administrator - UK - Remote - £60,000 -£70,000

    Are you a seasoned Salesforce expert looking for your next challenge? Do you have a track record of driving innovation and maximizing the potential of Salesforce within dynamic organizations? We're seeking a talented Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our client's team and lead the charge in elevating their Salesforce ecosystem to new heights.

    As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will take ownership of our client's Salesforce platform, driving its strategic evolution and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

    This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and shape the future of Salesforce within our client's organization.

    Lead the design, configuration, and customization of Salesforce to meet complex business requirements, leveraging declarative tools and custom development when necessary.

    Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities for optimization, and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

    Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce best practices, staying current with platform updates and proactively recommending enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

    Mentor and support junior Salesforce administrators, providing guidance on technical challenges, best practices, and professional development opportunities.

    Champion Salesforce adoption and user engagement initiatives, leading training sessions, workshops, and knowledge sharing activities to empower users and drive continuous improvement.

    Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and alignment with overall technology architecture.

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

    Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) required; additional certifications such as Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.

    Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions in complex environments.

    Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, with expertise in Lightning Experience, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce CPQ.
