    PROPERTY MANAGER Residential Estate Agency
    Permanent Full Time

    This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is experienced in Residential Property Management; Our client is seeking a Property Manager for a position at their established independent Estate & Lettings Agency and in their Property Management department.

    If you are looking for a new position with a well-known local brand that has an excellent reputation and strong local presence, then this could be for you.

    You will need have a great previous track record in Residential Property Management.

    Skills:
    The skills required for this Property Manager role will include:

    Previous experienced in Property Management
    Understanding of current lettings legislation
    Good telephone manner and positive attitude
    Knowledge of the local Eastbourne area helpful
    Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
