With £80 million in secured funding over the next 4 years, they are poised for significant growth and are looking for passionate individuals to join them on their journey.
Role OverviewAs a Domestic Energy Assessor, you will be an integral part of the department responsible for grant-funded customers.Your primary responsibilities will include:
Advising clients on the cost-saving benefits of funded efficiency measures.
Modelling pre and post domestic energy performance reports.
Collaborating with Local Authorities to support grant applications.
What We Ask of YouTo excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Must have a Domestic Energy Assessor qualification.
Ideally, have a background in customer service; however, we value conscientiousness, organisation, and enthusiasm above all.
Excellent phone manner, as a significant portion of the role involves interacting with customers over the phone.
Ability to efficiently handle inquiries and follow structured sales processes.
Strong IT skills.
