    Based in London / home and flexible working

    What you'll be doing


    You will be responsible for working alongside a wide range of stakeholders to develop and deliver our client's programme, which gives young people from disadvantaged backgrounds the communication skills they need to be successful in the workplace and beyond.

    You will work as part of a team of four delivering this programme. You will focus on delivery in secondary schools across KS3, KS4 and post-16 projects, but will also support other projects across the team's portfolio of work.

    You will be able to work regularly from home but your role will also require regular travel to schools and other partners around the country to support programme delivery and training. You will also need to be in London for staff away days three times per year, as well as other team planning or training days three or four times per year.

    This is a maternity cover role for one year from August 2024, but with the potential to be extended beyond that as our client grows programme delivery.

    What our client is looking for


    You will be an excellent project manager with experience of working with young people and schools, and with secondary aged pupils in particular. You will also need the ability to deliver workshops and training, in person and online, to a range of audiences, and knowledge of secondary education and the curriculum.

    Experience of working in a secondary school or youth setting, or delivering projects in the voluntary sector, would be an advantage.
