Our client, a Global and highly successful business, is looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join their HR team in Leeds.
This is initially a 12 month fixed term contract role, working on a hybrid basis with 3 days office based and 2 days WFH.We are looking for generalist HR Advisors who have experience working within a transactional role, whilst also effectively leading a team.
To be considered for this opportunity, we are looking for an experienced HR Advisor who enjoys collaborating in their work style and thrives within a fluid environment and has an agile approach to their work.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR team and provide support to the team within all areas of their work
- Provide a transactional led HR support and guidance throughout the firm within multiple UK offices
- Providing HR advise and support on all procedures and HR policies
- Managing the life cycle of all employees, including onboarding, offboarding,
- Involved with strategic HR including looking at process and structure improvements
- Managing specific projects within HR including salary reviews and other more detailed projects on an ongoing basis throughout the year
- Analysing information and producing reports for Management, developing HR reporting to provide accurate and informative metrics
What we are looking for:
- You will have experience of leadership or management in some capacity, whether managing 1 or multiple colleagues, you will demonstrate this experience
- Strong HR experience within a generalist role, ideally 4 years+ experience
- Strong knowledge of Excel to effectively utilise HR information, using Pivot Table and VLookUps
- You will enjoy an agile and fast paced environment where you are involved with producing a high quality of HR work
- Experience of project management and also transactional HR experience.
