    Description

    An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our new Investment & Programme Office team within the Finance function as a Programme Portfolio Investment Manager.

    You will be responsible for co-designing, mobilising and running the Enterprise-wide Investment Management process for all complex programmes and projects covering product development, client experience, save to invest, regulatory driven initiatives, digital transformation, operating model and organisational design.

    Supporting the Head of Portfolio Planning & Investment Management to design, build and manage the Medium Term (3 year) and Annual Portfolio Planning approach as part of the Enterprise-wide Operating plan process
    Responsible for tracking and reporting HL's Programme Portfolio budget ( £50m), aligning initiatives to the business strategy and facilitating decision-making to optimise return on investment
    Responsible for underpinning the HL strategic plan by designing and managing an investment management process and lifecycle including facilitation of the Business Investment Committee
    Ownership of all new programme requests via the HL Demand Panel (Senior Leadership level)
    Adopts a high-performance culture to ensure better, simpler, faster and cheaper deliverables for HL and our clients
    Drives culture of collaboration and efficiency through team interactions, and maximising use of tools and data
    Highly autonomous and holds peers and Senior Leadership members to account.
    Significant experience Portfolio Design and Demand Management
    Highly experienced in Portfolio, Programme and Agile delivery methodologies
    Significant experience and expertise outside of portfolio management that are key to delivery - Business case development, product strategy and operational readiness
    High commercial and influencing skills, demonstrated at Senior Leadership

    Flexible and adaptable; We are looking for a Programme Portfolio Investment Manager to join our team, based in Bristol head office, BS1 5HL.

    This role is a permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
