    The role:

    Are you a Corporate Tax Associate 3-5 years PQE looking to join a prestigious practice that acts for large corporates, funds and financial institutions, Government bodies and more? If so, this Bristol team would like to hear from you.

    Servicing mostly City-based and international clients, this team advises on all aspects of UK and cross-border tax. They do a lot of proactive advisory work, as well as providing support on pressurised transactions.

    The work on offer will include international tax and cross-border planning; investment banking and transactions; private equity transactions; capital markets and structured finance transactions; indirect taxes as well as the tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, demergers and flotations.

    Therefore, this role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of UK tax rules, acquired in a transactional or advisory practice. The team is seeking a technically skilled, commercially curious, and outcome-oriented individual.
