    Description


    Well-regarded commercial law firm in Bristol is looking for a lawyer of 4 or more years' PQE to undertake a combined Corporate Tax and Incentives role.

    Whilst the team is based primarily in Bristol, they operate UK-wide and so your client base is not limited by location.

    Clients include UK and international corporations, owner-managed businesses, private equity houses and local authorities.

    As a Corporate Tax and Incentives Associate/Senior Associate you can expect to work closely with the Partners in the team, as well as running your own caseload of Corporate Tax and Incentives matters.

    You will also lead Incentives projects (with appropriate supervision from Partners) and handle client relationships (both internally and externally). Supervision and support of newly-qualified Associates and Trainees within the team is also expected.

    There is a clear pathway to progression for the successful candidate.


    Ideally, applicants will have both Corporate Tax and Incentives experience, though our client is happy to consider applications from Corporate Tax specialists or Incentives specialists who are interested in undertaking a role which combines the two.

    You will be a forward thinker, with excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills and you will be self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines.

    An ability to give succinct legal and tax advice in an efficient manner, whilst understanding (and anticipating) the commercial needs and objectives of the client, is also important.
