Milton Keynes - Hybrid (3+2)


Salary:
Up to £24,000(FTE), £14,400 (pro rata) dependent on experience

You will join and be part of an energetic and professional team of Customer Service Advisors, who build customer confidence in our service and products everyday.

You will competently handle a variety of queries ranging from; log in issues and new claim requests through to policy amendments and cancellations and be a team player to help achieve team success.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience of working within a customer service environment
  • Experience of handling both inbound and outbound telephone calls in a customer service environment would be an advantage.
  • Experience and confidence in handling and resolving customer queries at first point of contact
  • Ability to establish and collate information from a variety of sources to provide individually tailored customer solutions.
  • Have an intermediate level of numeracy in order to confidently deal with statistics, produce standardised management information and calculate customer's premium or claim payments.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
