    Description

    Elevation Recruitment Group is collaborating with an Engineering organization to hire a **Senior Firmware Engineer** located in Leeds. The Senior Firmware Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing firmware for testing and end products, as well as the design and development of software and hardware for both internal and external purposes.


    Responsibilities of the Senior Firmware Engineer:
    • Preparation of technical documents for review
    • Preparation of project documents, providing accurate time estimates on projects and product costs
    • Creating design documentation for firmware design (flow diagrams)
    • Writing well-commented code for use on ICs implemented on products
    • Writing well-commented code for use as unit, white box, and black box tests
    • Conducting code review with other team members
    • Version Control and release of code
    • Managing incoming data to the server
    • Participating in weekly/daily team technical meetings
    • Assisting customers with technical requests as guided by the project or engineering manager

    We are seeking **Senior Firmware Engineers** with the following skills/experience: Knowledge of C Programming language, Linux, RTOS experience, Knowledge/experience of Agile Development process and version control.
