    Telephone Sales Agent

    Location – Houghton Regis

    Salary £24,000 basic, OTE £28,000 - £32,000 (Uncapped Commission)

    Hours - You'll work on a rotational basis, 5 out of 7 days, between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.

    As a Telephone Sales Agent, you will be responsible for converting sales leads into bookings through outbound calls.

    Duties

    Making outbound calls to potential customers and converting leads into bookings.
    Working towards sales targets and achieving set KPIs.
    Maintaining a high level of motivation and drive to excel in sales.
    Contributing to a high-energy and exciting sales environment.
    The Candidate

    Proven experience in making outbound sales calls and converting leads.
    Highly motivated and driven to succeed in a sales role.
    Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
    Ability to work on a rotational basis, including weekends and evenings.
    Strong work ethic and a desire to progress in a sales career
