    Description

    Partner - Sustainability Advisory

    What's the goal?

    Working for a global built environment consultancy, your task would be to create a Sustainability Advisory practice that combines strategic advisory, management consultancy and technical insight, built on a solid foundation of technical and subject matter expertise and experience.

    What would you be responsible for?

    • Guide and align the strategic direction of the sustainability advisory practice with the company's objectives, collaborating with the UK Advisory and other sustainability units.
    • Drive business expansion through the identification of new prospects, establishment of strategic alliances, and broadening the client base, while overseeing sales targets and project obligations.
    • Offer technical leadership to ensure top-tier solutions for clients' sustainability dilemmas and supervise significant projects to ensure successful results.
    • Foster robust client connections, serving as a dependable advisor to comprehend and address their requirements, and formulate influential sustainable strategies and initiatives.
    • Remain informed about sustainability industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies, representing the company at industry gatherings to demonstrate expertise.
    • Cultivate an atmosphere of creativity and ongoing innovation, guiding team members and advocating for their professional growth and advancement.

    What do you need to be successful?

    • Extensive leadership experience in sustainability, with a proven ability to lead teams and manage complex sustainability and energy projects.
    • Deep understanding of corporate sustainability principles, ESG strategy, sustainability standards, and knowledge in energy sectors like energy transition and renewable energy.
    • Demonstrated ability in crafting and executing sustainable strategies and initiatives, coupled with exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen to seize market opportunities.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills, focused on inspiring diverse audiences and delivering outstanding service.
    • Passionate about sustainability, with a commitment to driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and leading change in organizational culture.
