Key Responsibilities:
Delve into comprehensive medication reviews and assessments to ensure the appropriateness, efficacy, and safety of treatments.

Play an active role in medication reconciliation processes, minimizing errors during care transitions.
Put your stamp on the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols.

Essential Skills / Qualifications Required:
Let your Pharmacy degree from a recognized university (BPharm or MPharm) be your foundation.
Embark on a journey of registration (or eligibility) with the General Pharmaceutical Council, maintaining this registration throughout your time with us.
Your commitment to continuous professional development (CPD) should shine as an example of your dedication to enhancing your skills.
Showcase your knack for independent work, winning the respect of colleagues through your expertise and professionalism.

*This bonus is offered to those who commence substantive employment within Sulis Hospital between 1st January 2024 and 31st December 2024 in a role dedicated to the hands-on delivery of patient care requiring registration with either the NMC or HCPC. The bonus is paid in two parts, £1500 at the end of your successful completion of your 3-month probation period and £1500 after 12 months of employment. For part time positions this bonus is pro-rata for joiners.
