Description
Manchester Metropolitan University is currently recruiting an International Recruitment and Conversion Officer to join its International Recruitment and Conversion team.
The International Office is responsible for the recruitment and support of international students, overseas partnership development and student mobility programmes, driving the internationalisation of the University and ensuring that Manchester Metropolitan University retains and enhances its global profile.
The International Recruitment and Conversion Officer will support the implementation of the Internationalisation Strategy and advance the profile and reputation of the University overseas, through developing and delivering a wide range of recruitment and conversion activities to contribute to and support the achievement of international student recruitment.
The postholder will be required to work flexibly to develop, manage and deliver activities across the wider team, supporting the operational delivery of international recruitment and conversion initiatives, as required.
Tasks vary from responding to initial prospective student enquiries, arranging and attending in-person and digital recruitment and conversion activities for prospective students until enrolment.
They will also be required to undertake international travel representing the university overseas for up to 4 weeks per year.
The postholder will contribute to and support the achievement of student recruitment KPIs, supporting the achievement of challenging performance targets, as set out in the University's Road to 2023 and the Internationalisation Strategy.
