    More about the role

    As a mobile Customer Service Technician in Scotland, your primary responsibility will be to address and resolve customer concerns at our sites through various maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and more. Your goal is to meet customer expectations and uphold our reputation by delivering high-quality work.

    To ensure a safe working environment, a Basic DBS check is required for this position.

    We are seeking a maintenance professional with a diverse skill set including dry-lining, decoration, tiling, and carpentry. Your ability to work independently, adapt to changes, and prioritize safety is crucial. Experience in lone working and traveling between sites is preferred.

    During the interview, showcase your knowledge of health and safety practices, your customer service skills, and your positive attitude towards work.
