Package:

£24,000 pa.
Uncapped commission (OTB in year one +£8,000 and top billers are earning £100,000).
£2,000 salary promotion within year one.

Hybrid working is also offered after training.

The Role:

Prospecting and onboarding new clients and nurturing existing clients.
Engage with prospects through cold calling, emailing and LinkedIn.
Expand customer base across the UK.
Build strong rapport with clients, thinking on your feet and problem-solving.
Work alongside an assigned mentor to maximise your potential and accelerate your career development.

About You:

Experience in a client or customer service role.
Proven ability to organise tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Strong time management skills.
Capability to work effectively as part of a team.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
