Thinkproject ist ein europäischer Marktführer im Bereich der Digitalisierung der Baubranche. Neben Standorten in Europa haben wir Niederlassungen und Kund*innen auf der ganzen Welt.

Gegründet wurde unser Unternehmen im Jahr 2000, zu einer Zeit an der der Großteil der Planung und Verwaltung von Bauprojekten manuell durchgeführt wurde. Für die Verantwortlichen wurde es immer schwieriger einen Überblick über die immer komplexer werdenden Bauprojekte zu behalten. Hier knüpften unsere Gründer an und konnten mit ihrem Branchen-Know-How einen großen Wandel in der Digitalisierung schaffen.

Heute sprechen wir von "Construction Intelligence" - denn unsere Software macht große und kleine Bauprojekte effizienter, sicherer, pünktlicher und vor allem nachhaltiger.

Wir suchen eine Account Executive (m/w/d) , die sich in einem schnelllebigen, dynamischen Umfeld wohlfühlt und ihr Fachwissen in eine schnell wachsende Baubranche einbringt.

Wie wird dein Tag aussehen

Erreichen vereinbarter Umsatzziele durch Identifizierung und Kontaktieren potenzieller Kund*innen, Weiterverfolgung eingehender Anfragen, Qualifizierung potenzieller Kund*innen, Präsentation von Vorschlägen/Lösungen und Verkaufsabschluss

Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg*innen aus dem Presales-Bereich, um die Anforderungen potenzieller Kund*innen zu bewerten und technische/kommerzielle Vorschläge zu entwickeln

Proaktives Management und Entwicklung (Pflege) bestehender Kund*innen

Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketingteam zur Unterstützung von Outbound-Kampagnen und anderen Marketing-/Lead-Generierungsinitiativen

Was brauchst du, um die Rolle zu erfüllen

Du bist kontaktfreudig - du liebst es, neue Leute kennenzulernen, bist ergebnisorientiert, hast viel Energie und Tatendrang, du hast den Drang, Ergebnisse zu erzielen und hast eine Hunter-Mentalität

Du bist überzeugend, kannst verkaufen und verfügst über ein gutes Netzwerk- und Verhandlungsgeschick

Du solltest eine "Can Do"-Einstellung haben und in der Lage sein, selbstständig zu arbeiten und aus deiner Komfortzone herauszutreten

Du arbeitest kundenorientiert, verfolgst und motivierst Kund*innen mit einer positiven, flexiblen und problemlösungsorientierten Einstellung

Du bringst die Bereitschaft zum reisen mit

Erfahrung im Baugewerbe ist nicht zwingend erforderlich
