    Your new company:

    My clients are now hiring a Contract Manager to join the Facilities Management team on a PFI venture in Norwich. You will be responsible for overseeing the contract delivery, managing relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure performance measures are met effectively.*You will lead a team of mobile/static workforce, handle administration tasks, and manage subcontractors.

    Introduction to the projects/department:

    Key Tasks and Accountabilities:
    • Manage day-to-day service delivery and stakeholder relations
    • Plan and delegate workloads to achieve contract objectives
    • Monitor costs and ensure budget compliance
    • Oversee operational performance and quality management
    • Manage financial performance, audits, and client relationships
    • Communicate effectively with teams, clients, and suppliers
    • Conduct quality assurance inspections and supply additional work
    • Promote team wellbeing and inclusive workplace culture
    What you'll need to succeed:
    • Relevant industry qualifications
    • ISOH Certificate and CSCS Card
    • Knowledge of Health & Safety and Quality standards
    • Experience in Facilities Management sector
    • Strong management and conflict resolution skills
    • Understanding of Payment Mechanisms and Project Delivery
