    People are the most important ingredient in our business recipe, and we are looking for an experienced Chef Manager with fantastic craft skills and a background of developing and leading a team to help us create an outstanding food offer at our educational site in London SW3.

    *Great Salary plus benefits and working only 39 weeks of the year*As our ideal Chef Manager you will:
    • Have excellent craft skills and preferably previous experience managing a large school kitchen.
    • Have a proven track record of continually improving standards
    • Have good communication skills at all levels
    • Have a positive out going disposition and real 'Can-do' approach
    • Be passionate about food with a great eye for detail
    • The ability to lead a team
    • The ability to manage the kitchen and train the team to standards required
    • Have a desire to learn and grow with us as a company
    • Have financial and budget awareness
    • The ability to understand and complete daily all relevant food and health and safety compliance books
    The ideal candidate will also have the flexibility to work overtime as required.
