    Description

    Due to continued expansion our Dungannon based client, a leading FMCG company are recruiting a *HR Officer *to join their team.

    This is an office based role in Dungannon, *Northern Ireland*. Please do not apply for this role if you are not currently within a commutable distance of the client.

    • Reporting to the Senior management key duties will include:*
    • To provide day to day HR support to a range of leaders and employees across various locations in NI.
    • Provide training, coaching and support to managers on HR policies, procedures and legal requirements, ensuring fairness and consistency.
    • Deliver effective recruitment, selection and retention solutions, all within HR best practice and legislative guidelines.
    • Complete weekly, monthly HR reports and KPI information and reports required
    • Monitor and assist mangers in the application of the company's attendance management policy liaising with occupational health where applicable including long term sick.
    • Ensure the employee performance is regularly review and personal development promoted by facilitating the IPR process on site.
    • Monitor and support leaders with employee relations in line with current employment legislation.
    • Be discrete at all times respecting the confidential nature of the HR role.
    • Ensure effective communication are maintained across the site.
    • Ensure time and attendance is managed for salary employees and weekly as necessary.
    • Works towards a high standard and promote continuous improvement.
    • Mentoring other members of the HR team.
    • Any other duties as may be reasonably requested to fulfil the needs of the role.
    • Criteria:*
    • Proven HR Officer experience within a manufacturing setting, at least two years experience.
    • Highly developed organisational skills
    • CIPD equivalent qualification or working towards CIPD accreditation
    • Good communication skills
    • Full driving licence
