An opportunity has arisen for a full time, highly motivated band 3 Team Administrator, to provide a comprehensive and efficient administration service for our Military Veterans Team.
The role of administrator in the Military Veterans team is different in so much as you will be a member of a small, but dedicated team, who work with a highly complex client group, including people experiencing psychological related problems as a result of their military service
The post holder will provide a comprehensive and confidential secretarial service and administration support to the Military Veterans team, whilst also working alongside a large administration team within the Care Group.
As the Team Administrator you should have strong organisational and communication skills and be able to work closely and collaboratively with clinicians and managers and strive for high quality standards both personally and for the service.
- To provide a full range of secretarial duties across to the
software packages, digital dictation, copy typing, filing and photo
- copying maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Organise and maintain electronic diaries and arrange meetings
circulation of papers and reports as required.
- To create and update electronic patient records within Paris from
- Create appointment confirmation and standard letters within Paris
attendance by service users.
- Create mailshots in conjunction with the Service Manager.
- To be responsible for production and circulation of minutes and
required.
- Responsible for ensuring effective filing arrangements,
requested.
- To utilise initiative to suggest and implement new ways of
Greater Manchester Mental Health (GMMH) Foundation Trust employs over 6,400 members of staff, who deliver services from more than 160 locations.
