- Student Support: Provide individualised support to students, addressing academic and behavioural issues while promoting positive learning experiences.
- Behaviour Enforcement: Uphold and enforce standards around attendance, behaviour, and school culture, ensuring that each student can reach their full potential.
- Safeguarding: Apply your knowledge and understanding of safeguarding procedures and child protection issues to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students.
- Mentorship: Deliver one-to-one and small group mentoring sessions to support the social, emotional, and mental health of students.
- Teaching Interventions: Implement teaching and learning interventions to targeted pupils to improve academic progress and learning outcomes.
- Emotional Literacy: Support students with the development of emotional literacy skills under the direction of the Inclusion Provision Manager/SENCO.
- Curriculum Support: Provide curriculum support to students to enhance their academic achievement.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication between students, staff, and parents to ensure a cohesive support network.
- Organisational Support: Contribute to the effective organisation of the school with administrative support, working as part of a team to meet the needs of students.
- Motivation and Commitment: Demonstrate high levels of motivation, energy, and commitment with a reflective approach to the role.

- Experience: Previous experience of working with young people to support their physical and mental wellbeing.
