Responsibilities:


  • Campaign Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Identify target audiences, define campaign objectives, and determine effective platforms and tactics.
  • Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyse the performance of social media marketing campaigns. Utilize datadriven insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize future strategies.
  • Online Review Management: Monitor online review sites and respond to reviews in a timely and professional manner. Manage brand reputation by leveraging customer feedback constructively.

Other Departments:

Work closely with customer service and other relevant departments to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience.


  • Customer Surveys: Develop and implement customer surveys to gather feedback. Analyse survey results and provide actionable recommendations for improving customer satisfaction.
  • Social Media Posting and

Brand Awareness:
Create engaging social media posts for various platforms. Develop a content calendar to drive brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.

  • Datadriven Insights: Use data analysis to derive actionable insights and recommendations. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Reporting and Presentation: Prepare reports and presentations on social media marketing performance, including KPIs and campaign results. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Additional tasks as requested by the General Manager including delivery of corporate newsletter.
  • Generate ideas for visual and written content that align with brand messaging and objectives.
  • Develop execution and creative content for various channels, including social media, blogs, websites, offline channels, etc.
  • Generate concise, clear, and compelling copy for marketing materials, advertising, and other promotional content.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing analysis and campaign optimization.
  • Indepth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, tracking tools, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with online review management and customer feedback.
  • Experience in customer survey development and analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of posting and optimizing content on major social media platforms.

Pay:
£23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
