    Job Overview:

    As a Graduate Engineer, you will embark on a transformative journey to become a future leader within our organization. This role will equip you with essential skills in product knowledge, leadership, and customer engagement, shaping you into a proficient engineering professional.



    Join our dynamic Subsea Services team at OneSubsea, where you will contribute to various subsea projects involving cutting-edge infrastructure and intervention equipment.



    Through our 'OneStart' development program, spanning two years with multiple rotations, you will gain hands-on experience in different facets of the business. From our Aberdeen office to potential international assignments, you will immerse yourself in a comprehensive learning experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Throughout the training period, your primary duties will include:

    • Prepare drawings and documentation to support product development
    • Engage in design projects to meet industry requirements
    • Adhere to design standards and procedures
    • Acquire expertise in product design and manufacturing processes
    • Contribute to Value Engineering/Analysis projects
    Qualifications:
    • Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
    • Willingness to relocate globally as needed
    • Passion for working on complex and high-value projects in a fast-paced environment
