Retail & Leisure Marketing Specialist

Do you have a passion for fun marketing communications and a keen analytical mind?

This role within the UK & Ireland (UKI) Marketing team offers the perfect blend of creativity, strategy, and ownership.

You'll report to the UK Marketing Manager and be the sole marketing champion for the Retail & Leisure segment.

This is your chance to truly own the 7 Ps of Marketing.

From research and development to lead generation, campaign creation, pricing, and packaging, you'll play a key role in driving portfolio growth.

You'll work closely with the team while building strong relationships with stakeholders in the industry.

Team Structure:

You'll collaborate with the UKI Marketing Manager, segment marketing managers, marketing analysts, channel marketing specialists, and a dedicated sales team.

Conduct local market research, craft compelling value propositions, and design targeted campaigns across various channels.

Data-Driven Decisions:
Track performance, measure ROI, and optimise strategies based on data insights

Product Champion:
You'll manage the entire lifecycle of products and solutions within your segment, maximising performance from launch to end-of-life.
Increase market share across your assigned segments through strategic planning and execution.

Brand Advocacy:
Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines and effectively convey the value proposition of expertise and quality.
Fluency in English
5+ years of experience in operational marketing
Proven ability to plan and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns

Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and IllustratorThis is your chance to make a real impact in a dynamic and exciting industry.

Job Title - Marketing Executive
Type - Contract 12 months
Hours - Monday to Friday 37.WFH 2-3 days a week as an option once fully trained. 1 or 2 days a week is to be done onsite.
