Description

This is a superb new role within an established regulated Real estate lending organisation based in the City of London.

The role offers opportunity for progression and development within a fast-growing and dynamic organisation.


The individual would have completed a professional accountancy qualification (either ACCA/ ACA/ CIMA) ideally within the last - 3 years.

Prior experience of working within the lending/ banking sector would be preferable but not essential.


Responsibilities

  • Database management, input and year end audit support
  • Monthly reporting of loan book data to institutional investors
  • Monthly reporting of KPIs to management and key stakeholders
  • Accruals and prepayment journals
  • Preparation of monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements
  • Preparation of consolidated management accounts
  • Adhoc financial analysis and reporting for management

Key Requirements

  • Qualified accountant 13 years postqualified
  • Degree qualification
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Excellent excel skills (ability to model using macros preferred)
  • Prior experience within lending/ banking sector preferred


The position offers a comprehensive package inclusive of a basic salary c £55-£70k and is available on a full time office based basis.
