    Requirements of HR Employee Relations Manager
    Significant HR experience, particularly in the dealing with complex cases/investigations and advising managers accordingly
    Experience in the use of HR management systems
    Experience in leading, completing and implementing key HR projects/initiatives

    You will have a positive, caring attitude, ensuring that the HR unit is 'somewhere to go' for both staff and managers alike.

    Experience in leading, completing and implementing key HR projects/initiatives

    Responsibilities of HR Employee Relations Manager

    Support managers with all HR related issues, offering advice, guidance and supporting them with complex matters
    In the absence of the HR Manager, provide guidance and advice to KAL senior management.

    Be instrumental in the management of all employee relations casework – conduct/capability/grievance/appeals/flexible working requests, advising and supporting managers as appropriate and carry out higher level investigations as agreed by the HR Manager.
