    We're seeking to appoint Support Assistants with experience of providing support to assist with the learning and personal development of all our pupils. You will work to establish positive relationships, empathising with the needs of our pupils whilst also completing other curriculum-related tasks.

    We are looking for Support Assistants who can inspire and who have:

  • Experience of working in a school environment and organising small groups
  • A Support Assistant Level 2 qualification
  • The ability to empathise with the needs of young people and establish positive relationships This is a part-time role for 32.5 hours per week, term time plus 5 additional days. Benfield School is a fully inclusive 11–16 school with a distinct ethos and a strong sense of support and loyalty. Excellent relationships between students and staff and a purposeful learning environment are evident in lessons and around the modernised site. With this foundation, our students have a strong platform to be confident, happy and able to achieve their aspirations.
