- Manage the Brightedge SEO platform, building upon the successes to date and focusing on a multi-lingual approach to SEO.
- Collaborate with the global campaign team to develop engaging landing pages and innovative digital experiences.
- Train and support the global marketing team in creating localized digital content.
- Review and recommend enhancements to digital content created by partnering teams.
- Steward the website best practices, consistently seeking innovative approaches for message communication across the website.
- Effectively manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, or a similar discipline
- 2+ years' experience utilizing a content management system such as Optimizely, Adobe or SiteCore CMS.
- 2+ years' experience operating SEO software such as Brightedge.
- Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple deadlines
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement
- Continual improvement of SERP rankings and key website engagement metrics.

The Website Content Specialist is a role which is instrumental in bringing Weir's market leading products to life. This individual should have a deep curiosity and passion for creating engaging digital content. The Website Content Specialist will work directly with the Senior Marketing Manager (Digital) in shaping our Divisional Digital Strategy in the areas of multi-lingual Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), website best practice and digital content creation.
This role will work both cross-functionally, within our global website team and as a member of our global marketing team – supporting regional marketing and global campaign teams. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager (Digital and Brand), the Website Content Specialist will partner with the website optimization specialist to conduct digital measurement, primary, secondary and competitor research to identify areas of content improvement and opportunity.
