Description
Nissan is a global automotive manufacturer, employing more than 17,000 staff across locally based Design, Research & Development, Manufacturing, Logistics, Purchasing and Sales & Marketing operations in Europe.
Main Tasks & ResponsibilitiesDeliver certification for NTCE responsible products.
Administration support for Homologation documentation through to certification
Cross functional working with sections/departments in NTCE.
Cross functional working with other Nissan entities and Homologation representatives.
Maintain with program delivery helping engineers to meet schedules.
Internal tasks set within the Technical officers team, Budget, data collection, Meetings and manage internal process.
Use of Nissan systems:
EMAC database for Homologation document creation.
Documentation for markets which require their own format.
Liaise with test labs/authorities with sending/receipt of documents.
Use of electronic transfer systems to send and receive documents.
Monitor document dispatch and return, file electronically and hardcopy.
Onward distribution of documentation.
General admin duties and support. Within dept.
Manage internal processes making sure correct standards are followed
Skills & Experience
Minimum A level /BTech equivalent vocational studies & experience relevant to role.
Previous homologation or related experience an advantage.
Previous experience in similar roles, process driven with attention to detail/previous Technical Clerk experience advantageous
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to work on own and within a team with minimum supervision
Ability to plan and manage own workload and meet deadlines planned
IT literate, competent user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
Good organisation skills, attention to detail and flexible.
