What you'll be doing:

What you'll bring:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in Database administration combination of MS SQL Server

(up to 2019) and Oracle (12c-21c)

Experience working with all aspects of database administration as highlighted above
Ability to work alone and in a team, contribute, anticipate problems, highlight/escalate and take

decisive action where required

Flexible attitude to work with different database technologies and outofhours where require
Attention to detail; develop and maintain documentation

It would be great if you had:

Database administration or knowledge of: PostgreSQL and/or open source e.g. MongoDB
Experience working with disaster recovery e.g. clustering, AlwaysOn, standby, replication
Experience with database programming/scripting e.g. T-SQL, PL/SQL, Powershell
Knowledge of operating systems e.g. Windows, Linux
Experience working in virtualised environment
