Back End Developer - PHP & AI focus - Venture Studio - Up to £75,000 plus Multiple Company Shares – Hybrid London

In Product is partnered with a Venture Studio whose mission is to educate and support Non-Technical Founders to achieve their goals in scaling their Digital Start-Ups. This business combines the ability to build, fund, and scale Digital Products by working as a Founder's in-house team.

With over 100 employees globally, across Product Management, Product Design, and Development you will be joining a cross functional team both internally and with their partnered founders.

This business is currently growing it's offering from partnership with Early stage Startups to partnering with established corporations to navigate periods of significant change, and the introduction of new technologies into their existing Products.

This Venture Studio has an outstanding reputation for growing successful Digital businesses and developing relationships with Founders repeatedly returning to scale and introducing new ventures. The Products you will be developing, have an incredibly positive impact on their partners both Corporate and Founders who previously had no other option than outsourced agencies, or partnering with investors. Working with this venture studio allows their partners to have confidence that the life cycle of their Product will be developed in collaboration with Product, Design, and Development and scaled through a select portfolio of investors.

As a Back End Developer & AI Engineer, you will collaborate with your peers in Product and Design, leading and advising on a breadth of opportunities. You will identify opportunities internally to support the Studio to build out their own technology offering, build their efficiency through new technologies. You will also qualify existing AI propositions and identify opportunities where AI should be introduced with both Founders and Corporate partnerships.

As a Back End Developer & AI Engineer in this business, you will be able to identify and manage the opportunities you bring to this business, and works closely with a Technical Lead, Technical Founder, Data Engineer and a Software Engineering team to implement new technologies.

We are looking for a Back end Engineer with experience working with PHP who is driven to level-up their career with exposure to multiple scaling businesses

As a AI Engineer you be supported to understand the overarching strategy of the Founders and partners to develop technology using AI that will be valuable to each business's growth goals.

You would have worked in an environment using XP principles for at least two years with experience collaborating between Digital Product teams.

You will be confident in providing technical expertise to the team and stakeholders, being able to effectively communicate to share knowledge within the development and wider Product team.

Have the ability to work autonomously, through your role as an AI Engineer and being motivated to use your curiosity to challenge ways of working and continually improve processes.

You must have worked in a collaborative role, with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders with clear communication to both technical and non technical stakeholders.

We are looking for a Back end engineer who has implemented AI into commercial products.
