iMutiply are working in partnership with a growing manufacturing organisation looking for a Full-time Temporary Credit Controller to join on a 6 month contract.

The Role

The role requires a well organised, pro-active and ambitious Credit Controller who will play an integral part within the business to efficiently maintain an accurate accounts receivable ledger and database and ensure that cash collections targets are consistently achieved.

As the Credit Controller, you will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:

Accurately maintain customer accounts and ERP systems;
Monitor deductions and ensure relevant action is taken to resolve any issues;
Liaise with the Finance Manager, to ensure customer queries are resolved promptly;
Issue monthly statement of accounts with supporting documentation;
Collection and management of Commercial or Corporate level customer accounts.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following experience:

Previous experience working in fast paced collections or Credit Control function
Proficient user of Microsoft Office including Excel
Proactive and prepared to go the extra mile
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This is a Temporary Full-Time role based in Glasgow, an easily accessible location with multiple transportation routes. The role offers a competitive salary, pension and holiday allowance.

Contract length: 6 months

Salary:
Up to £26,000.00 per year
