About the role:
This is a multi-faceted role, reporting directly to the CEO. The role requires a flexible, ideas-driven, proactive, and self-starting Marketing Assistant who will take ownership of the role. The role needs a wide range of marketing abilities, skills, and experience. The key duties include:
There will be a sufficient handover period to enable the successful Marketing Assistant to successfully build upon the processes and strategy already implemented by the current Marketing Assistant, who will be taking maternity leave. We will also provide training and support to develop your sales skills for handling inbound leads. Involving discovery calls, proposal writing and, over time, the ability to close deals entirely with new clients.
About you:
You will be a 'hands-on', organised, personable and well-rounded Marketing Assistant who can demonstrate experience marketing-related experience and familiarity with sales processes, particularly for service-based businesses. A willingness to develop a strong understanding of the services Hewitt Matthews offers and an eagerness to learn about the latest marketing technology, techniques, and strategies to communicate effectively with the audience.
Ideally, you will have worked with WordPress, HubSpot, Google Ads and Meta Ads. Academic qualifications in marketing or business will be advantageous, but experience in marketing, demonstrable to learn new skills will be most important. Also preferred if you hold a driving licence too.
