Haven Knox-Johnston are on the hunt for a customer service advisor to do the administration of clients' insurance requirements on a daily basis including general enquiries, renewals, mid-term adjustments, obtaining quotations, closing sales, cross-sales.
Looking for a role in insurance and don't know how to get your foot in the door, this could be a great step in for you.
You'll need to be comfortable speaking to people on the phone as there is a high level of calls coming through to the team on a daily basis.
Please note this is a full-time, permanent opportunity. You will be based in our Maidstone office and ideally be onsite for 2 days per week. (during training you will be required in the office full time)
