Full-time, 37.Blacks Vets is an award winning, RCVS accredited multi-site veterinary hospital. You will be supported by, and work with, a diverse multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non-clinical associates.
Support the Practice Manager with first line HR queries and providing support to other line managers within the business when needed, Including absence management.
~ Responsible for maintaining Health and safety requirements across all sites working with the Health and Safety champions and the H&S business partner including H&S training for all associates.~ Line management for a small team (under 10 associates)
~ First line response for client complaints and escalating to the Practice manager when appropriate. Supporting the reviewing and updating of practice policies and procedures, implement practice protocols and ensure compliance, identifying opportunities for improvement where appropriate.
