The Investment Bank are looking for strong legal entity migration work to help launch 50 new products within the EMEA region.

This will involve facing off to a range of clients and strong experience with facing off to several stakeholders across London,Paris, Dublin and USA.

The direct sponsors for the project will include the EMEA Markets COO, EMEA Heads of Markets Execution and EMEA and International Head of Markets Change.

There will also be a strategic element to the role to build out a team of ProjectManagers and BAs which currently sits at 15 across the Change function.

This role will be vital in their growth strategy and the building out of their FX business with a legal entity restructure so any experience leading/navigating Brexit initiatives will be very usesful.

The function is currently expanding its product offeringsfrom 1 to 2- demonstrating its aggressive growth strategy across the FX space and this will continue into 2023.

You will also be required to demonstrate the breadth of product knowledge across the securities space, ideally FX and Derivatives to help withthis product enablement strategy.

They are looking for a programme manager with gravitas, strong agile capabilities, proven record of executing change initiatives. Someone who can oversee the piece of work through to completion.

It will mainly be execution focused as the strategy has beenidentified but you will need to show strong product knowledge to be able to help out across the business and effect the change function positively.

It's a hybrid model with the expectation of 2-3 days in the office per week and the role will suit an individual who has a strong background in Investment Banking and has been involved in both strategy and execution of change initiatives including legalentity restructure, new product enablement and regulatory work.
