- Responsible at all times for high standards of care and education of children between 3 months to 5 years in accordance with statutory requirements

- Experience of preparation for successful outcomes of quality reviews such as OFTSED inspections
- Ability to supervise planning and delivery for care and education of young children
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
- Ability to meet deadlines and work within allocated budgets
- Have a minimum of a level 3 childcare qualification: NNEB / NVQ or equivalent
- Have at least 2 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
- Have at least 2 years experience of leading and supporting teams
