  • Manage the Internal Communications calendar with foresight, aligning with PR and external communications to highlight key business announcements and events.
  • Create communication materials, including copywriting and mood/storyboard suggestions, to guide the graphics design team.
  • Ensure effective information flow across the business through collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with our PR Comms and People teams to maintain consistency across departments.
  • Provide insightful reporting, demonstrating a passion for data-driven impact and value. This role is based Monday to Friday on-site in our Shirebrook Head Office.

An opportunity like this at Frasers is for the fearless. The potential is massive, the experience unrivalled. To be able to make the most of it you need to live and breathe our principles:

  • Exceptional copywriting and storytelling capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and mastery of the English language.
  • Comprehensive understanding of communication channels and relevant technologies.
  • Skilled in translating ideas into clear, actionable concepts for the graphic design team.
  • Experienced in collaborating with senior leadership and HR/People teams on people-centric messaging.
  • Highly resilient and adaptable, capable of handling ambiguity and possessing a proactive and organised mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships and working collaboratively.
