    I help and empower women to move forward in life with clarity and confidence.

    Prior to making the transition to a full time Life Coach and Therapist I worked for 15 years in the corporate world and so have first hand experience of making the jump from a job that paid the bills to a career I'm truly passionate about.

    I have an established track-record for helping and supporting women create positive change and success in areas including professional work and career change, confidence and self-esteem, health and wellbeing, pre-conception, fertility, pregnancy and family matters, relationships and life balance.

    I provide a 1:1 service tailoring each session to individual needs and goals helping clients like you achieve the change they want to see in their life in both a professional and personal context.

    As an experienced Transformational and Holistic Life Coach I can help and support you overcome any challenges you may be experiencing so that you can reach your fullest potential, reconnect to your inner authentic self and achieve the life that you desire.

    My role is to unlock your potential by building awareness and understanding of who you really are and support you to create transformational change to enable you to live your life to the fullest, manifesting happiness, health and wellbeing, improved relationships and a purpose that's aligned to your authentic self.

    I will help and support you through any current life challenges you're facing and together we can initiate powerful change both internally and externally.

    I help clients achieve clarity around what they truly desire in life and move forward with confidence.

    Clients come to me feeling lost, stuck and confused about why they might be feeling dissatisfied in life, I help them to make sense of their thoughts, feelings and behviours and we work together to create a better understanding of their true essence and purpose in life, overcome any obstacles that may be blocking them from achieveing goals and iniitate change that feels more aligned to their true self.

    By building awareness, untapping true potential and creating change internally client's start to feel more connected, fulfilled and happy in their lives.

    Those light bulb moments throughout the coaching journey help client's to feel empowered to move forward with the confidence and positive changes start to manifest in their relationships, their career and their wellbeing.

    My role as a Life Coach is to unlock that potential by building awareness and understanding of your true self and supporting you to create transformational change to enable you to live your life to the fullest, manifesting happiness, health and wellbeing, improved relationships and a purpose that's aligned to your authenticity.

    To create meaningful and lasting change, together we will develop a deep awareness of your true self to create transformational shifts in your external world using the following 3 step 'inside-out' process:

    I will help you develop self-awareness and an understanding of why you might be living a life you don't truly love.

    I will help you make sense of your true purpose and desires in life by collaboratively exploring your core needs, desires, passions, values, strengths, challenges in life and belief systems.

    I will help you in this last step to externally create and implement the life that's aligned to your true holistic self.

    PRIVATE COACHING I value the importance of the rapport between client and coach and so offer a free 30 minute telephone consultation so we can openly discuss your intentions and get to know each other before making the choice of embarking on the coaching journey together.

    We then collaboratively draw up a coaching contract to be signed by both parties.

    My goal is to help you achieve the change you desire in life and I am committed to supporting you through that process and my values of authenticity and connection are integral to how I coach individuals.
